Process – What We Do

The process of making a credit card claim begins when you contact us.
We begin by ensuring that you can provide all the necessary information before we agree to take your claim on. This will include proof of purchase.

We are able to proceed with a claim if you paid between £100-£30,000 for a faulty or undelivered product or service on a UK credit in the last 6 years or on a debit card in the last 12 months.

This is an issue which could affect anyone. Perhaps you thought you were visiting a genuine website and you ordered brand name goods. When they were delivered, however, you discovered that they were counterfeit. Or perhaps you paid for a service to be carried out for you but it never happened.

Credit card providers

Because your bank or credit card provider is jointly responsible for ensuring that you receive what you paid for, we could take this claim to them. We will then work to get your money refunded.

We will need the receipt that you were provided with upon purchase. This can be in the form of an email sent by the seller. If you did not receive a receipt, we would advise you to contact the seller to obtain one. If you are unable to get hold of one, we may be able to use any correspondence between yourself and the seller. The minimum requirement that we would need is a copy of your credit card or bank statement showing the purchase.

If you do not have a statement, it is possible to request one from your bank.

We will likely require you to complete a statement of facts. When writing this, you should explain what you thought you were purchasing, whether you contacted the seller and whether they responded and the dates and times that this all happened.

No win no fee

Every credit card claim that we make is done on a no win no fee basis. We will never ask you to pay us a single penny if we cannot secure you a refund of your purchase.

This means that you have nothing to lose by finding out if we could help you make a credit card claim.
